¨ On Orders for APO, FPO, and foreign countries (Including Canada): Please add 20% of (SUBTOTAL + Shipping) to cover postage. All foreign orders will be sent Air Mail. Excess will be refunded.
¨ Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day Air. Call for price quote before ordering.
¨ UPS and Federal Express 2nd -Day and Next-Day and foreign orders will be quoted at current rates.
Large Orders will be quoted separately.
Limited Warranty, Disclaimer
and
Limitation of Remedy and Damages
Our official guarantee/warranty, in lieu of all other warranties (including implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) is as follows:
¨ That the products are as described in our catalog or current sales literature; and
¨ That we will promptly replace or repair, without further charge, any products which are defective in
materials or workmanship, if they are returned to us at the buyer’s expense, within one year from the date of purchase. A copy of the invoice must accompany any return.
C & D Jarnagin Co., Inc. shall have no liability under this warranty or other contract provisions, or for negligence or otherwise:
¨ For damage caused by any other condition, including, without limitation, improper cleaning methods,
design, or content of materials used as called for by historical specifications or as illustrated by historical
artifacts. The buyer assumes the burden of knowing proper maintenance and upkeep procedures and makes the decision as to whether he wishes to use or merely display items made with material and of the design of
historical artifacts. This company recommends that its products be used only for display, but
recognizes that some buyers use the products for other purposes. All use beyond display is at the risk of the user, and C & D Jarnagin Co., Inc. assumes no responsibility for any situation arising from use other than
display.
¨ For any damages, regardless of nature or cause, which exceed the purchase price.
The buyer expressly assumes the risk of any personal injury to the buyer, and, except to the extent caused by a defect covered by this warranty, the buyer agrees to idemnify and hold harmless C & D Jarnagin Co., Inc. with respect to any injury or loss to third parties resulting from the use or disposition of the product by the buyer or anyone else with the buyer’s knowledge or consent.
¨ If these conditions of sale are not acceptable, return the product, unused, to us promptly in the
original shipping containers and the purchase price less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be promptly refunded.
¨ If you have a fitting problem or have received defective merchandise, contact us immediately upon receipt of such goods. We will alter garments at no charge and replace defective items.
