*foreign countries (including Canada): Please add 30% of (Subtotal + Shipping) to cover postage. All foreign orders will be sent air mail. Excess will be refunded or not charged. You need to include a phone number with your order in order for the customs officials to contact you if they need.
*Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via UPS or FederalExpress 2nd Day Air. Call for price quote before ordering.
